Order or Warehouse Management
As a merchant, you should already have your own OMS or WMS. To ease your order and warehouse management, you may connect to SUBPLACE API to get all your new order from SUBPLACE and do the fulfilment accordingly in your OMS or WMS.
There are 2 API right availed for BP to connect with:
Order API - to get the order from subplace
Fulfilment API - to get the fulfilment of your orders
Delivery API - to update delivery information and status back to SUBPLACE
Each of your order should come with a 1-time fulfilment. You must get the fulfilment to update your delivery information and subsequently push the delivery status from 1 level to another
As subscription will have recurring fulfilment every month and for multiple delivery, each month may have more than 1 delivery. Your OMS may not have the capability to handle the recurring if you just getting the order from order API.Â
The workaround will be calling the fulfilment API and take each fulfilment as a new order to your system.
Please take note that you must at least update the fulfilment status to "Confirm Delivery" to trigger the settlement payout to you. If you did not implement the fulfilment update, you should update the fulfilment status manually in your SUBPLACE BP account.
